2005 FRIENDS OF THE PLEISTOCENE PACIFIC CELL FIELD TRIP

PRE-REGISTRATION FORM

Pre-registration is requested in order to ensure enrollment in the forthcoming 2005 Friends of the Pleistocene field trip. Please fill out the following form and send with an enclosed check via regular mail to the address listed below by October 19, 2005 . Also, if possible, please send an email to cmmenges@usgs.gov as soon as possible, in advance of sending the pre-registration form, so we can ensure adequate facilities at the campsite. Include the number of people in your group in the email.
